Love this game. I always liked squishing the polar bears in the blocks and watching them roll around on their backs. I hated that stupid hawk though that would fly in and drop a brick on your precious egg. DAMN YOU HAWK!!!

Best. RPG. Ever. Did anyone ever encounter that face boss right before Lassics castle? My and my brother were playing and we fell through the floor and encountered this boss that was just a face and it kicked the shit out of us.

I was a huge fan of WWF in the early 90s so this game is goldust (if you'll excuse the pun). Before this I had only played pro-wrestling, which was piss-poor, so I had to be better. An easy win was obtained by knocking the opponent out of the ring and stamping on him, then running into the ring just before the count out. The time it took for them to recover, stand up and wander around like some sort of confused wild fowl, the count had reached 10 adn the match won. It was 2 player but, a bit like Super Tennis, you couldn't fight a buddy - you had to be on the same tag (or doubles) team. The introductory music used to be one of the best bits, although IRS had some kind of shit paper rustling noise. Ted DiBiase's picture of him laughing was cool too. Hey, maybe the Million Dollar Man could buy out Vince McMahon so Vince could work for him for a change? Yeah, that would be a laugh...

I got quickly bored of this game. Used to be good to throw in to swap-deals, though. Give 'em an ok game with this one, then they'll give you a cool one back. Sorted! Until they realise that Sinobi really is poor and that G-LOC isn't an 'ok' game, then they come round your house, with big brother et al, and then your left with the little ninja. Never completed it, but used to like the title screen ninja's eyes moving from side to side. If thats the highlight of the game then I guess that says a lot! Just the 3 Alex's for this one.

Great fun when it first came out, especially with a buddy to play it with. Thing is you couldn't play against anyone else, only the computer. Even with a 2 player mode, your buddy had to play doubles on your side. I remember the lob shots being ridiculously slow and easy to smash back. Also, didn't some of the shots take an age to get over to your side, which meant that if you missed the ball you could go for it again! I remember swiping at the ball 3 times once before finally getting contact and sending it back!

I got this game for £3 from a market one Sunday. Bored with oi by Monday. Seemed too monotonous, was too easy at the beginning and then became far too hard. Not a fave of mine but easy to see why some would consider it a classic.

I played many a World Cup finals in my room on this one. The graphics were always poor, but it was a replacement for World Cup Italia '90 so it just had to be better. Also did anyone realise that scoring an own goal actually added one to your own score instead of the opposition?! Duh!

The kinda game that you and your mates could play from tea time til beddy-bye's at 9! Especially liked repairing parts of the car for £/$ in the back of Knight Rider's truck. Never saw Devon, though. Guess he was spending the bucks! Didn't one of the bad guys have a dodgy moustache that made him look like a South American porn star (or police officer)?!

I never played others console versions of this game, but remember it being as addictive as a quiet night in with a copy of Playboy. Shame really, as it's the girls who pulled me away from games like these. The bitches. I completed it once (the game, not satisfying myself) and remember some sort of praise in the form of an adage and a picture of the warrior draped in tiger fur or something. Then again, that might have been the centrefold...

Could never get the hang of this one. I just threw it and they hit it, again and again. Don't think I ever scored a point (or a run, whatever, we call it Rounders in the UK)

I could have beaten anyone in the UK in the early 90s as Sub-Zero! The fatalities were ace, way better than dumb babalities on later SMD MK3.
I do remember completing it once with Shang Tsung and being told I had helped end the world and to have a nice day. Actually, the clouds are gettin' kinda grey...

Poor, poor game. I borrowed it once off a buddy and gave it back to him the next day. And gee the referee in the ring at the picture at the top of this page looks like my law lecturer (think that made sense). When I'm qualified i'll get the designer sent down for this one!

I won about 15 championships in a row against my buddies in the mid 90s. It was easy to memorise the tracks without looking at the circuit plan. Monza was the best - if you played it right you could do the whole lap without breaking! Great fun, even greater with some mates round.

This game pretty much ruined my education from about 1993. Devastatingly addictive, although I strangely enjoyed shooting the innocent female captive who we were supposed to save at the end of level 1. I used to stay up so late playing this in the summer holidays that re-runs of Prisoner: Cell Block H had started on tv by the time I turned it off. Can anyone even try to contemplate how late that must have been?

Why did anyone like this one so much? Everyone at school couldn't get enough of it but Transbot was way better. I might buy it if its a couple of £ on the market one day. Although, I don't have a console anymore...

I played this game from Christmas 1990 til about summer 1996 and never got past the red castle. My ambition is to one day get a Master System and complete this amazing game. I will never forget it. Janken the who?!

Wow, a great great game. Did anyone ever finish it? Wasn't it supposed to be set after a holocaust or something? I remember 'c' being the best weapon, but it made you tall and easier to hit. Loved it.

I grew up with this game after one of my bro's mates bought it back in the 80s. I even had a league in my house with some village buddies in 1996! Didn't you have to select a team sponsor like 'Kawasaki - let the good times roll' or Ocean Pacific or something? Flying disk and surfing were best!
