i'm buying a system.....this game is engrained in my memory. i sucked out it. i remember the frog men from the wharf level. or is that the sequel. whatever. this game fucking kicks the sweat off a donkey's balls, then drinks it. thats tough. props to wayne. i'm only giving nine becuase i have a grudge against this game: it was too hard so the prick who let me play it at his house always yanked the controller away from me and did much better. i had sex before him tho. natch.

i hated the nintendo version. screen mistakes and slow processing and just impossible. the sega version is much better, but in general i don't think any of the home systems got this right in the translation. that said, i can't beat the fucking thing. those crafty japanese. lulling americans into a haze of frustration.

FUCK YOU STAY-PUFFED!!!! always got to the end, and always got squished. again, liked the genesis version where all the ghostbusters had gigantism. a good rating for being a pain in the ass.

i remember watching someone's brother play this all the time, and it was like nothing else. the few times i whined my way into a game, i had so much fun i didn't even notice that i sucked and the ywere poking me with sharp sticks. right up there with shinobi in my top nostalgia file (right next to my porn file, natch)

i agree. genesis version much better. music kicked ass, jungle level was at once the bets level and the most ass-reddening. damn you bendy vines, damn you brontosaurus. again, the genesis version was one of thre best games around. this was ok.
