Comments: this game was pretty fun. challenging, but not too much. You would get one of those sweet rockets and they would be your saving grace when things got hairy. also a great 2 player game. The levels each were a little different. again, a pretty fun game.

Psycho Fox

Comments: gnarley game. the hippo was basically worthless except 2 times or so when you needed him to break through a wall. Monkey could jump real high, tiger could run real fast and fox was a good overall mix. lots of fun with a few hidden gems in the game. This was in my opinion the first big time game that was a precursor to the genesis system style games. Meaning, that you had a more complex environment and setup also with the abilities. Wasn't just a cut and dry mario or whatever. not bashing just stating.

Alex Kidd in High Tech World

Comments: I did not play all of the alex games start to finish besides this and the lost stars and this was my favorite. It was a fantastic combination of early action/rpg. The downside was that there was nothing intuitive about the goals or threats in the house/town area. It was guessing and some trial and error. But, nonetheless, that was what a walkthrough or cheat book was for. As long as you didn't go overboard it made this game a challenge and very dynamic. Seriously, contra was one style...this had a goal and an action side, adventure side etc.

Penguin Land

Comments: fun, but not too much. It was a challenging game. But, for an 8 year old kid to have the responsibility of another life (egg) it was too much responsibility...no seriously though it got boring because it was just a slower paced game that was more of a puzzler than action which I had no control over since I didn't buy it for myself. Worth a play though that's for sure.
